Majority of both male and female consumers availed the top three services namely: facial services, whitening services and spa services respectively. However among these three services, female availed those services more often. Most male and female consumers availed the different services of skin care clinic because of a warm and very accommodating attitudes of their service personnel with nice ambient conditions which means having good music, cool temperature, pleasant odor, relaxing colors and lightings.
