Rodrin Thais research study aims to determine: (1) the effects of industrialization to the productivity of multiple crop farms an Tagaytay Caty (2) the Opinions and viewpoints of the farmers about industrialization and practice of multiple crop farming and (3) to test if relationship exist between the criterion variables and socio-economic characteristics of the farmer-respondents. The average age of the respondents was SL years. Their average monthly income was P1,902. Majority of the respondents finished the elementary level of schooling while some of them reached the secondary level. They mostly belong to 5-7 family members with an average size of six members. Most of the farmers started farming at their very young age. The respondents have been engaging in farming for 28 years. About half of the farmers are lessees and tenants, 44 percent are owner-operators and only seven percent are part-Owners. More than one half of the respondents were in favor of the continuous practice of multiple crop farming rather than the industrialization process while the rest of the respondents were not in favor. The eight socio-economic characteristics of the farmers included in the study did not respond well toward industrialization and multiple crapping. Hence, the muid hypothesis of the study that there were no Significant relationship existing between variables was accepted.
