Data were gathered through the personal interview conducted from January 2008 to February 2009. A questionnaire was formulated to obtain primary data in the measuring the level of acceptability of support services in ARBs. Secondary data about the accomplishment of support services from the Department of Agrarian Reform- Cavite, from the year 1988 to 2008 was used in the conduct of this study. The study revealed that the age of respondent-beneficiaries ranged from 24-87 years old, with an average of 53.87 years. Majority of them were male (79%), the rest are female. Thirty-two percent of them were able to reach high school and majority of the respondents were married (87%). Twenty five percent of them said that their monthly income is on the ranged from Php 1,000 to 3,000. Household size ranged from 2 to 11 members with an average of five members. Twenty-two percent of ARBs have 20 to 37 years of farming experience with an average of 25.19 years. Thirty percent of the respondent beneficiaries have no other sources of income while the remaining 63 percent said that other family members are working in government industry, private institution, self-employed has house rental etc. Results showed that there is a high level of acceptability towards the support services with a grand mean from 3.48 to 4.26 which indicates that they accept the support services given by Department of Agrarian Reform- Cavite under the Comprehensive Agrarian Reform Program. Among the problems encountered by ARBs in the implementation of support services, lack of water supply was the most encountered problems followed by lack of medicines and health-related seminar and lack of fund to campaign for environmental concerns. Other problems were lack of supervision of cooperative, lack of capacity to provide loan, lack of fund for more trainings, uncomfortable to travel during rainy season, construction of facilities, lack of supply of water for potable water, and the least was the accessibility of school.
