An enterprise development project was conducted in Barangay Mahabang Kahoy Cerca, Indang, Cavite from December 11, 2008 to March 10, 2008 which also served as the production site: Sales operation of the project was made in Indang Public market and Cavite State University near the CEMDS building where the entrepreneurs were provided a space to market the products through direct selling until March 10_ The project aimed to provide the proponents hands-on experiences in putting up a business enterprise and enable them to develop management skills_ Specifically, it aimed to generate profit from the business enterprise, develop strategies in marketing the products, identify problems encountered by the business and recommend solutions to said problems. The project concentrated on the operation and management of the enterprise covering all the functional areas such as organization, marketing, production and finance using an initial capital of PhP20,000.00.Data and other information pertaining to the entrepreneurial project were gathered during the actual operation_ The project earned a total net income of PhP2,563.28 which is 12_82 percent of the total investment of PhP20,000 The main problem encountered in the project was the limited knowledge of the entrepreneurs in baking cookies. This was solved by studying the recipes and seeking advice from knowledgeable persons
