The study aims to determine the following (1) demographic profile of the respondents in terms of age, gender, and civil status; (2) intrinsic motivation of single and married employees of Hocheng Philippines Corporation in FCIE Langkaan Dasmarinas, Cavite; (3) job satisfaction of single and married employees of Hocheng Philippines Corporation in FCIE Langkaan Dasmarinas, Cavite; (4) significant difference on the intrinsic motivation of single and married employees of Hocheng Philippines Corporation in FCIE Langkaan Dasmarinas, Cavite; (5) significant difference on the job satisfaction of single and married employees of Hocheng Philippines Corporation in FCIE Langkaan Dasmarinas, Cavite; and (6) significant relationship between intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction of single and married employees of Hocheng Philippines Corporation in FCIE Langkaan Dasmarinas, Cavite. The sample consisted of single and married employee's aged 20 to 55 years (N=243) who currently employed in ten sections in the company. This research use comparative-correlational type of study and use stratified random sampling technique for selecting respondents. Mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, mann whitney, and point biserial are use to determine the demographic profile, performance, and relationship of the variable. Single and married employees displayed a high self motivation and moderately satisfied regarding their job. It has no significant relationship on the intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction between single and married employees. But it has a significant relationship between intrinsic motivation and job satisfaction of single and married employees of Hocheng Philippines Corporation, FCIE Langkaan Dasmarinas, Cavite.
