Effects of Different Levels of Decomposed Banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) to Pseudo stem the Growth and Yield of Pechay (Brassica pekinensis L.).A Research Study. Science High School, College of Education. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, April 2013. Adviser: Dr. Celso S. Crucido. This study entitled "Effects of Different Levels of Decomposed Banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) Pseudo stem to the Growth and Yield of Pechay (Brassica pekinensis L.)" was conducted at Cavite State University College of Agriculture, Forestry, Environment and Natural Resources (CAFENR) nursery from October 2012 to December 2012. The primary objective of the study was to determine the effects of the different levels of decomposed banana (Musa paradisiaca L.) pseudostem to the growth and yield of pechay (Brassica pekinensis L.). The different amounts of decomposed banana pseudostems include Treatment 0- controlled treatment, Treatment 1- 40, 000 kg/ha, Treatment 2- 70, 000 kg/ha, and Treatment 3- 100, 000 kg/ha. The experiment was arranged following the RCBD (Randomized Complete Block Design) with three different amounts of decomposed banana pseudostem as treatments and control treatment with four replications. Average height of pechay in centimeter, average number of leaves, total yield in kg/ha, and percentage survival were determined parameters. The data were subjected to Analysis of Variance (ANOVA). Comparison among treatment was analyzed using Duncan's Multiple Range Test (DMRT).The results of the study showed that in terms of the average number of leaves, average height of plant (cm), total yield
