Adviser: Dr. Nelia C. Cresino. The study was conducted to determine the profitability of soft drinks dealership in Cavite. Specifically it aimed to: describe the socio- economic characteristics of soft drinks dealers in Cavite; describe the business characteristics of soft drinks dealers; determine the marketing practices of soft drinks dealers in Cavite; determine the profitability of soft drinks dealership in Cavite; and identify the problems encountered in soft drinks dealership business. The cross-sectional survey research design was used in studying the profitability of soft drinks dealers. Primary data were used in the study. Questionnaire and personal interview were used in gathering the needed information. Descriptive statistics were used in the study such as frequency, percentages, mean, ranking, and financial ratios such as gross profit margin, operating profit margin and net profit margin were used to determine the profitability of soft drinks dealership business. The result of the study shows that most of the soft drinks dealers were in the middle ages. Most of them were dominated by male, almost of them were married and attained higher level of education. Most of the soft drinks dealers around Cavite had almost the same practice in operation of the business. Most of them use storage sites to store their supplies. All of them use per case basis on selling their soft drinks. They give discounts; free delivery and the price information come from the producer. The profitability of soft drinks dealership was determined through the use of financial ratios
