The study revealed that the current job of persons with disability is usually their preferred job. However, the study revealed that the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons was not strictly implemented by business establishments. Results showed that there were more business establishments which were not aware of the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons. Thus, there were more business establishments which were not oriented with the capabilities of persons with disability towards work and that there were more business establishments which were not willing to accept persons with disability for employment.
