In response to the new normal, the University Library introduces new library programs and services to serve students, faculty, and staff members even in the time of the COVID-19 pandemic. These programs are as follows:
The CvSU- Main Campus Library has 9 online library platforms where students, faculty, and staff members can access, read and download e-books, and e-journal articles for FREE. These platforms are as follows:
The CvSU online library platform integrates the three (3) modules of the CvSU Integrated Library System (CvSU ILS).
An online library platform where you can read full-text e-books. There is no password needed, you just need to select your college or Campus and Program where you belong.
An online library platform where you can access and read E-journal articles. There is no password needed, you just need to select your college or campus and program.
The CvSU E-Library is a part of the Integrated Library System where you can access the bibliographical listings of printed books, printed journals, CD-ROMs, and all the submitted CvSU thesis, EDP, case study, research project, farm practice, and dissertation collections.
A platform where you can access, read, and download full-text e-books. Username and password credentials are required to access this platform.
A platform where you can access and download thousands of peer-reviewed e-journal articles from reputable sources. Username and password credentials are required to access this platform.

Elsevier's abstract and online citation database covers 34,346 peer-reviewed journal titles. Username and password credentials are required to access this platform.
How to access Scopus Password and Username

Procedures:
SEARCH thesis title or subject using our CvSU Integrated Library System via CvSU E-Library.
SEND your Thesis Abstract request(s) via Request for CvSU Thesis Abstract Form.
Upon the thesis request is done, please wait to receive an email from our staff that your thesis abstract is ready and available for DOWNLOAD.
The Online Printed Book Delivery Program is exclusive for currently enrolled CvSU students, faculty, and staff members. This program is available from Mondays to Thursdays, from 7 am to 6 pm. In compliance with the Copyright Law (R.A. 8293), the library can scan up to 5-10 pages of the printed books. Redistribution is discouraged.
Procedures:
SEARCH thesis title or subject using our CvSU Integrated Library System via CvSU E-Library.
SEND your request(s) to us via Online Printed Book Delivery Program Form. (please identify the Title, Author(s), Call Number, and Barcode Number of the book) and we will upload the book’s Table of Contents.
SELECT the pages you want to be scanned and we will DELIVER them to you via email.
Online Library Program Guides are lists of step-by-step tutorials, videos, and brochures produced by the University Library that aims to help students, faculty and staff members learn and use our various library resources, databases, and related services. It also aims to promote our available facilities, services, and resources. These guides are as follows, but not limed to:
