Scholarship information management system for Municipality of General Trias, Cavite was designed to provide solutions for the scholarship and financial assistance services' processes and transactions. The system is responsible for the collection, storage, and retrieval of data for the purpose of efficient management of scholarship and financial assistance services. The researchers used the iterative development methodology as a paradigm in the development of the system. This methodology consists of the following phases: planning and analysis, designing, building or developing product, testing, operating and deployment. The system was developed using Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the sewer-side scripting language, My Structured Query Language (MySQL) as the database, Apache as the server, and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheet (CSS) for the webpage format. The system was evaluated by 102 participants based on the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability. Evaluators were composed of students and the head of scholarship and sponsors. The system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation, met all the requirements and objectives, and exceeds the expectations of the users.
