This study shows the capability of Cavite State University Main Campus in establishing E-monitor and the community feedback as well. The study was conducted from October of 2015 to December of 2016. The first phase of the research involves interviews with campuses and/or establishments who established the technology at the time the research was conducted. The researchers conducted a survey with the number of students within the university. The final phase of the study is gathering information within the university's administration concerning the capability of establishing the project.
In this study, it is determined that E-monitor could mediate the needs of the community and serve as an instrument for disseminating information by featuring all the important announcements and events in different departments. It also showed that Cavite State University Main Campus is financially capable of establishing an E-monitor but is lacking the technology and manpower. However, it is determined that CvSU's financial capability can compensate in the lack of equipment and labor needed in the establishment of E- monitor
