The study aimed to develop and alternate the existing manual process of the College of Education students and advisers in submitting and monitoring of journals at Cavite State University, which was conducted from the date of May 2017 up to May 2018. Specifically, it aimed to: 1.) identify and analyse the problems encountered in recording and monitoring of the journals in the narrative reports using the manual process. 2.) design a system that will make the process of recording journals for students more convenient and reliable 3.) to develop an online website to provide a better way for advisers to check the status development of their students' o al.

The proponents adopted the Iterative Development Cycle because it is a methodology that cycles through the development phase, the system they are developing may return on the phases that needed to be changed.
This method introduces different phases; Planning and Requirement, Designing, Implementation, Verification and Evaluation. This is a guideline that helps the researchers to have a comprehensive analysis and arrive at a certain fundamental conclusion.
In the development of the system,the researchers used Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) as the scripting language for coding and constructing modules respectively used MyStructured Query Language (MySQL) was used for the database storage and retrieval of data, Cascading Style Sheet (CSS), Bootstrap and Hypertext Markup Language (HTML5) for design of the system

The develop system was evaluated in accordance with the functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, portability and user-friendliness. The participants of this evaluation were composed of the College of Education students, advisers and IT experts from the Department of Information Technology of Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. Evaluation results indicate that the system has passed, completed the needed requirements and achieved the objective of the study.
