The main purpose of the study was to know the level of interaction on national governance issues and the level of exposure on social media of the selected students of Cavite State University. Specifically, this study addressed the following problems: 1) Profile of the participants in terms; 2)What social media account do the participants often utilize for interaction on issues in national governance; 3) What is the level of exposure of participants on using social media for interaction on issues in national governance in terms of hours; 4) What is the level of interaction of the participants on issues in national governance using social media; and 5)What is the relationship between the extent of exposure to social media and their level interaction on social media of the participants. The study used the descriptive correlational and the survey form was given to the selected students of Cavite State University to gather pertinent data. From this study the researcher discovered that most of the students that have been surveyed were female according to their demo-graphical data as of 2017-2018 second semester. Many of those students were using Facebook frequently. Mostly the surveyed students spent 1-2 hours in using social media. The result shows that the students' were intended to like a post about national governance issues as way of their interaction.
Also this research discovered that there was no significant relation whether the students spent hours in using social media application in their level of interaction in national governance issues.
