Lastly, the Help module displayed information such as description and functions of each modules.
The methodology used by the researchers was the Feature Driven Development (FDD) methodology. It was consisted of five (5) phases: develop an overall model, build a features list, plan by feature and design, and build by feature. The results were tabulated, analyzed, and statistically treated using mean and standard deviation. Based on the results, all the criteria in the evaluation met all features, requirements, and attained its objectives.
The researchers conducted an evaluation to 110 participants, one hundred (100) respondents were general public and ten IT experts to determine the acceptability level based on software quality attributes. The system was evaluated through the following criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, maintainability, and portability using the scale: 5 — excellent, 4 — very good, 3 — good, 2 — fair, 1 — poor.
In accordance to the results of the software evaluation, large number of respondents rated the system "Excellent" which showed that the objectives and requirements of the system were met.
