The study entitled “Academic Workload Resilience and Job Quality of Selected Public High School Teachers Utilizing Educational Technology in Trece Martires City- Cavite”, specifically aimed to determine the extent of utilization of educationalM technology, level of academic workload resilience, job quality level from the individual performance commitment and review form, and the significant relationship between these variables.

The researchers used quantitative study, specifically descriptive correlational research design to describe the significant relationship of the variables. The 21 participants were randomly selected from the public high schools in Trece Martires City, Cavite. The researchers developed a resilience test and educational technology scale that undergone content validity and reliability that they used in gathering the data needed.

Moreover, for the job quality, the researchers requested for the Individual Performance Commitment and Review form to avoid bias in rating the job quality of each of the participants.

Based on the results of the study, the researchers found out that there was no significant relationship between academic workload resilience and utilization of educational technology. Furthermore, there was also a weak correlation between the job quality and utilization of educational technology.
