This study was conducted from January 2018 to May 2019 at Cavite State University - Main Campus. The purpose of the study was to analyze feedbacks from the students and display the generated reports and analyzed feedbacks for the department secretary and professors respectively.

Extreme Programming was used as the methodology of the system. To implement the coding, Laravel Framework in PHP was used as a programming language. 357 students, 13 department secretaries from Cavite State University and 10 IT professionals from the Department of Information Technology evaluated the system. The results were collected through an evaluation form based on ISO 9126.

According to the overall evaluation results, the system was judged to be excellent in all software quality criteria such as functionality, reliability, usability, portability, efficiency, maintainability, and user-friendliness. Upon the completion of the study, the proponents concluded that the system is a viable solution to help students to provide elaborated feedback to their professors, to help department secretaries to generate reports and to provide analyzed feedback from students to the professors.
