The study that was conducted from May 2018 to July 2019 was done to helps the student to voice out their concern/ issues to solve the problem. The content of the report should be complete, accurate, recent and organize. This inspired the researchers to come up with a system that the department coordinator is not only a worker person; it's a coordinator that can give a solution for the concern of users.
According to the overall evaluation results, the system judged to be excellent in all software quality criteria such as functionality, reliability, usability, portability, maintainability, efficiency, and helpfulness. The researchers conclude that the software can be a solution for the student or in other person has a concern.
The overall mean for obtained from the evaluation was 4.53 which is Excellent. This implies that the study has met the expected features of the intended users, as well as the approval of the technical specialists.
