The study was conducted from October 2021 to June 2022 in the City of Muntinlupa located at Poblacion, Muntinlupa City, a proposed mixed-use development that would give a single neighborhood that would serve a community through different uses: residential condominiums, office spaces, shops and boutiques, places of worship, clinic, recreational areas, or commercial and industrial use. The study aimed to apply research developed with the (SWOT) also called strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats, analysis for every region in the Philippines with the following: Economic, Institutional, Social, and Infrastructure status, and gathering of data through interviews, photo, and documentation, site criteria, site selection, site justification, macro and microanalysis, architectural programming and conceptualization to accomplish the establishment of design phase and preparation of plans for the facility. Cosmopolitan: A Multicultural Mixed-Use Development in Población, Muntinlupa City has a total land area of 31.24 hectares; 24.99 hectares is the buildable land area. It is composed of 26 buildings and has a total of 1,891 parking slots. The Cosmopolitan is divided into three zones: 1. Semi-private/ semi-public: admin building, Medicare clinic, and places of worship; 2. Public zone: commercial center, multicultural center, clubhouse; and private area: condominium, international school, waste management facility, and motor pool. After the conduct of the study, it is strongly recommended that Multicultural mixed-use development is feasible. The researchers also suggested that further studies be conducted on the topic for additional details like electrical, mechanical, structural, and sanitary.
