The study was conducted during the 1 st semester of S. Y. 2021-2022 from March to July 2022. Due to the pandemic, the study held and conducted via google form. This study focused on the Effect of Online Games to the Level of Physical activity among CSPEAR 1 st year students who were purposively chosen as the participants. Hence, the study aims to answer the following: a) the level of involvement in online games among students based on Time span; b) the effect of online games among the students; c) the level of involvement in physical activities among students based on time span; d) the effect of physical activities among the students; and e) the effect of online games to the level of physical activities of the student. Mainly, this study was to determine the impact Of online games towards physical activities participation.
This research used descriptive correlation as the design for this study. Since the
researchers have concerns and interest to determine the correlation of video games level of involvement and physical activity, the Slovin's formula was used to determine the number of participants that are included in the study. The participants of this study were the CSPEAR 1st year students at Cavite State University Main Campus and enrolled in the university during the second semester, school year 2021-2022.Random sampling was used to obtain the respondent.

As to the results, on physical activities, 76% answered 30 mins - 45 mins or light intensity activity. On the other hand, Jogging, Walking, Basketball and Biking or Cycling are the most physical activity they are involved. However, online games have no effect on physical activities of the students. Moreover, the result did not find a significant relationship between online games and physical activity.
In conclusion, Students of CSPEAR 1 st year of Cavite state university spent 2-4 hours on playing online games. However, CSPEAR 1st year of Cavite state university are highly involved in physical activity. CSPEAR 1st year of Cavite state university are involved in light intense activity in physical activity and there is no significant relationship between the online games’ involvement and their physical activities.
