Barangay San Pablo, Barangay Magallanes, and Barangay Lantic from May to December 2006 to determine the number of fully and not fully immunized pre-schoolers, and to assess and compare their health status. The study used descriptive analysis, and involved data collection from the three barangays and interviews to the parents of the pre-schoolers. This study revealed that there were 91 pre-schoolers in three selected barangays of 50 fully immunized pre-schoolers and 41 not fully immunized pre-schoolers. The results of the study show that all respondents have positively the same eating habits, activities, rest and sleep, and health management. They differ in the prevalence of vaccine preventable diseases in that more not fully immunized pre-schoolers suffered from attacks of measles, diphtheria, pertussis, tetanus, polio, mumps, and tuberculosis.
