The study was conducted to Design and Development of a PC-Based Robotic Figured Machine for Information System of College of Engineering and Information Technology Cavite State University Main campus.

The machine is composed of stored information based on data collected as well as maps and directories to serve the students or administrators to their needs. The machine is capable of displaying stored information upon the user’s request. The machine has also voice narration for the information selected and greets “Good Morning, Good Afternoon and Good Evening” whenever there is a presence of a target clientele.

The mouth movement is depending on the audio given by the System Unit. The higher the intensity of the voice the wider the mouth opens. The arms move also to tackle users attention to believe that the machine is truly robotic. The System unit that stored data information is the brain of the machine.

The proponents developed a visual basic program as the control software which displays the program that has been selected. The project is evaluated according to the Proponents, adviser, critic and panellist approval.
