The study titled "Student Athletes' Level of Competitiveness and Sportsmanship of Team and Individual Sports at Cavite State University from December 2012 to January 2013. A total of two hundred thirty three student participants.
This aimed to: 1)determine the level of intuitive competitiveness of the participants in terms of their performance in team and individual sports; 2) determine the level of sportsmanship of the participants in terms of their performance in team and individual sports; and 3) if there is a significant difference between the level the two groups of participants in terms of team and individual sports.
This study employed Mann-Whitney Test and Non- Parametric Correlations to determine the level of competitiveness and sportsmanship in terms of their performance in team and individual sports. The study covered 233 students of Cavite State University-Main Campus, Indang, Cavite, with 120 female and 113 male from first year to fourth year. The participants were asked to answer the questionnaire which included their personal data.
