The researchers used mean, frequency, percentage, standard deviation, Chi-square, Kruskall Wallis statistics, Spearman's Rank correlation, and point biserial correlation coefficient to interpret and answer the objectives of the study. From the gathered data, 45 percent of the participants belonged to 25 or below age group and female (53%). Majority (90%) were college graduate and in the rank and file position (96%).

The participants' length of service ranged from 8 months to 5 years and 55 percent have been working in the company 1 year or below. Car dealership industry in Cavite was dominated by two cultures: clan culture (38.8%) and market culture (38.1%). It concluded that the culture present in the car dealer industry were friendly and at the same time have a competitive environment. Employees in car dealers were engaged with mean score of 1.76 and standard deviation of 0.357, while employees' level of intention stay was likely to quit with the mean score of 2.36 and standard deviation of 0.553. Result shows that the type of culture present in car dealers doesn't affect the employees' level of engagement but it can affect the employees' level of intention to stay. Also, the higher the level of engagement of employees, the higher the possibility for them to stay in the company. As to the result of the relationship between demographic profile and level of engagement, only the length of service and car dealership management can affect the level of engagement of the employees. As to the result of the relationship between demographic profile and level of intention to stay, the age, sex, and car dealership management can affect the level of intention to stay of the employees.
