Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite, May 2017. Adviser: Mr. Russel L. Villacarlos. <br/>This study was conducted from March 2015 to May 2017 at Cavite State University - Indang Campus. The purpose of the study was to develop a system which assists the college registrars and schedulers in the task of creating quality schedules in a timely manner. The methodology used was software development methodology which is composed of the following phases: planning, requirement, design, and analysis, implementation, testing, evaluation, and deployment phase. The system was tested by eight (8) college registrars and ten (10 IT Experts from Cavite State University. Based on the overall evaluation results, the study yielded satisfactory results. The authors concluded that the system is effective in assisting the college registrars and departmental schedulers in creating class schedules by facilitating the detection of conflicts, the assigning of authorization to use resources and the sharing and validation of timetables.<br/> |
