Bachelor of Science in Business Management Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. July 2017. Adviser: Dr. Elizabeth E. Polinga.<br/>This study was conducted from January to May 2017 to investigate the employability of Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Business Economics graduates from 2006-2015. Specifically, the study aimed to: 1) determine the socio-demographic characteristics of the participants; 2) determine the employment status; 3) determine the employment profile; 4) determine the educational undertakings and constraints experienced 5) determine the employability; 6) determine the level of income; 7) determine the factors influencing the employability; and 8) identify the problems encountered in finding jobs and performance of their work. Descriptive research was used in the study. A survey questionnaire was used in the data gathering. A total number of 129 BSBM major in Business Economics graduates from 2006-2015 served as the participants of the study. Based on the results of the study, most of the participants were 22-25 years old because majority of the participants in this study came from the latest batch of the graduates. The data further revealed that the highest percentage of graduates were single (87%) and 13 percent married. Eighty six of the participants reside within province of Cavite while seven percent reside outside Cavite. However, there were seven percent who were employed outside the country.<br/>Most (61%) of the participants were employed within Cavite while (32%) were employed outside Cavite. The remaining 7 percent were employed outside the country such as Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Los Angeles, and United States. Four percent of the participants were self-employed. They had established their respective businesses within Cavite. Two had sari-sari store, one was salon and spa and the other one is engaged in food and beverages. Their operated as sole proprietorship (3) and one operated as partnership. The data on total monthly income of the graduates were categorized whether employed or self-employed. Most of the employed graduates had monthly income below P20, 000. While self-employed graduates had a monthly income below P15,000. The participants were asked on which behavior significantly helped them find employment. The preparation on getting a job was perceived to be the most helpful while focus on applying for a job was the last helpful for the participants. The major problem met by the participants in finding jobs was stiff competition with other applicants, while the major problem in the performance of their work was too much pressure at work respondents experienced stressed because of too many expectations from their job. BSBM major in Business Economics graduates were employable because majority (94%) of the participants was employed while 4 percent were self-employed and only 2 percent were unemployed. They were able to maintain employment because most of their current job was relevant to their degree as managers, teachers, supervisor, businessman and many other chosen fields. Majority (72%) of the graduates was regular employees and employed for 2-3 years. Many of the graduates are already satisfied with their job but still open for other better opportunities.<br/>
