Job Performance and Job Satisfaction of Bachelor of Science in Criminology of Cavite State University-College of Criminal Justice Graduates-Main Campus. Undergraduate Thesis, Bachelor of Science in Criminology. Cavite State University, Indang, CAYitc. May 2017. Dr. MarisSA Lontoc. <br/>This study was conducted from January 2017 to April 2017 to assess the job performance and job satisfaction of BS Criminology graduates. Specifically, it determine the level of job performance, level of job satisfaction and the significant difference among the assessment of the graduates, co-workers and supervisors on job performance of BS Criminology graduates. Descriptive method of research and convenience sampling techniques was used in this study. The respondents of this study was composed of nineteen (19) graduates, co-workers and supervisors to determine their assessment survey questionnaire was used. Finding implies that the BS Criminology graduates shows exceptional working performance. It is evident that graduates have wok discipline, respect, acceptance, cooperation, punctuality and good communication as affirmed by their supervisors and co-workers. Job satisfaction implies that the graduates are satisfied with their job. As it reflects with graduates' exceptional attitude of being courteous, modern, imaginative, motivator and competent and determined to accomplished task as they value their job contributions on the success of their organization. It is recommended that BS Criminology graduates are suggested to send themselves on graduate programs to develop their work competencies. Likewise, public and private agencies where the graduates belong are highly recommended to formulate programs that would enhance their employees' knowledge, skills and positive attitude towards their work. Also, Cavite State University College of Criminal Justice may use the result of this study to determine the strength and weaknesses of the present curriculum to increase and improve students' knowledge and skills through quality instruction. Future researchers are also recommended to continue this endeavor to obtain responses of graduates' client on their work, since their feedback were highly significant. <br/> |
