Bachelor of Science in Business Management major in Marketing Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. January 2019. Adviser: Ms. Tania Marie P. Melo. <br/>Supaicy Chili Paste operated for three month from February 6 to April 30, 2018. The project was a production type of business. The main objective of the project was to market a chili paste in an affordable price that satisfy the customers. Specifically, Supaicy Chili Paste aimed to: (1) understand the food industry and compete in terms of product quality competitive pricing, and effective and efficient distribution strategies, (2) perform marketing strategies that will effectively attract restaurants, hotels and retailers to buy the product through low cost advertising and publicity; and (3) identify problems that may be encountered throughout the business operation and recommend feasible solution. <br/>Supaicy Chili Paste offered customer satisfaction in which the customers would experience the real taste of traditional labuyo. To promote the business, personal selling and sales promotion were used. It was a customer-centered business that worked on identifying the needs of the consumers and adding a more unique spice yet delightful taste to provide great satisfaction to the customers. <br/>The business was in form of partnership. An initial capital of P30, 000.00 was equally shared by the three entrepreneurs. Different tasks and responsibilities in operating the whole business were also distributed evenly.<br/> For the three-month operation, the enterprise generated a total sales of P40, 000.00.<br/> |
