Rint. <br/>This study specifically aimed to determine if there are any significant changes in the hepatic tissue of laboratory rats, and if there are significant differences in the hepatic tissue according to the kind of commercial food seasoning after consumption within ten days. The main purpose of this study was to determine the effect of commercial food seasoning in the liver of male albino rats. <br/>Three kinds of commercial food seasonings were used as the treatment for the study. Twenty male albino rats aging 9-10 weeks with weight ranging from 150 to 200 grams were used. Treatments vary from the kinds of the commercial food seasonings that were orally administered to the laboratory rats. The treatments were given once a day for ten days. <br/>The effect of commercial food seasoning in the liver of male albino rats were evaluated through histopathological techniques. The study shows that there were various changes in the hepatic tissue of male albino rats after consumption of treatments. <br/>The control group shows no remarkable findings in the hepatic ssue. Rats administered with treatment A, commercial food seasoning A diluted to 8mL distilled water demonstrated fatty liver, hepatic cyst, and patchy necrosis. Treatment B, commercial food seasoning B diluted to 7 L distilled water revealed fatty liver, hepatic <br/>cyst, fatty liver, and periportal inflammation in the liver of rats while, treatment C, commercial food seasoning C diluted to 4.5mL distilled water has the most significant effects in the hepatic tissue of rats as determined by the presence of fatty liver, hepatic cyst, cirrhosis, patchy necrosis, vascular tumor with favour hemangioma, granulomas and microabscesses with foreign body type giant cell reaction. <br/>
