Cueno. <br/>This study sought to determine the influence of financial factors in the performance of women entrepreneurs in Dasmarinas, Cavite. Specifically, it aimed to determine: (1) the demographic profile of women entrepreneurs in terms of age, marital status, and educational attainment; (2) the level of financial access, financial behavior, and financial knowledge affecting the performance of women entrepreneurs; (3) the business performance of women entrepreneurs in terms of employment growth, years in operation, business expansion, and profitability; (4) the significant relationships between (a) financial knowledge and financial access of women entrepreneurs; (b) financial access and financial behavior of women entrepreneurs, (c) financial behavior and financial knowledge of women entrepreneurs; and (5) which among the financial factors can be the best predictor, of women entrepreneurs' business performance. The result of the study revealed that the level of financial knowledge of women entrepreneurs is' the highest between financial access and financial behavior. In addition, 4; financial access has significantly correlated to financial behavior. Moreover, financial behavior has a significant relationship to financial knowledge. Furthermore, financial access, financial behavior and financial knowledge and other variables, which are age and years in operation, can influence women entrepreneurs' business performance but only years in operation can- be considered as its predictor.<br/> |
