Fisherfolks expressed a high level of satisfaction. They emphasized that they were happy to be in the fishing industry. Moreover, this study shows that the debt of participants who have less access to social services were mounting compared to those who have access specifically in educational aspect. Their accessibility supports them as they sent their children in school. Participants wanted a firm livelihood program so that they can provide their basic necessity in life when calamity and unexpected environmental shocks happened. Fisher folks were also yearning for complete set of fishing tools and materials. They also suggested the formation of fisher folks organization in their municipality.<br/>
