Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. January 2018. Adviser: Ms. Lydia D. Perido. <br/>The study was conducted from February 2016 to November 2017 in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite and Jesus Christ King of kings and Lord of lords Foundation School *Inc. The mobile game has an educational content for high school students that can be learned. Students would enjoy the visual design and animation, and how the topic was discussed. The mobile game included facts and trivia’s specifically in culture, language, food, animals, religion, people, currency, government, places or top destinations and other information about the country in some countries of every continent in the world and provide set of questions after you read the lesson on every country. The mobile application would be beneficial to the students who have Geography subject and want to learn more efficiently; it would help the student to learn and at the same time enjoy the new established technology that can be used to study the lesson easily and handy. This mobile game would help the people to explore in other country without the need of flying across the globe. This mobile game would help the tourist to be more familiarized and knowledgeable about the country they want to visit. <br/>The Prototyping Model methodology was used to develop the mobile game. The computer system that was used in the development of the mobile application has the following specifications; 500GB hard disk drive, 4.00 GB Random Access Memory, 64-bit Operating System, Intel(R) Core (TM) i3 3217-Access Memory. The software that was used in the development of the mobile game are the following: Adobe PhotoshopCS6 for the game's user interface design, graphic of logo and modifying designs, Fungus tools in Unity for animation used in the game, Unity for development and designing of the application, local storage for storing data of the game, and Microsoft Word 2016 for documentation. <br/>The developed application was evaluated using two different questionnaires which were adapted by ISO 9126: technical and non-technical questionnaires. 10 respondents answered the non-technical questionnaires including the 10 IT experts to measure the rating of the mobile application to its functionality (4.7), reliability (4.43), usability (4.3), user-friendliness (4.6), efficiency (4.4), maintainability (4.4) and portability (4.46).<br/> |
