Specifically, it sought the business profiles of the coffee processors in terms of years of operation, number of employees, area of operation, starting capital and total investment, and the average volume of processed green beans, processed roasted coffee beans and processed ground coffee beans per month; determine the production practice process of the coffee processors in terms of manner of storage and length of storage; determine the level of production efficiency in terms of machine optimization; determine the storage practices of the coffee processors in terms of storage design and condition, humidity and temperature, moisture content and prevention; determine the storage implementation of the coffee processors. The respondents were the 13 coffee processors found in Cavite, both registered and unregistered under the Department of Trade and Industry. Overall equipment effectiveness was used to determine the production efficiency of the coffee processors while Likert scale was used to determine the storage implementation of the coffee processors. With a total of 13 coffee processors, majority of the coffee processors operates between 11 to 40 years (62%), with number of employees ranging between 1 to 9 (77%).Most of them has an operation area of 499 sq. m. and below (54%), with a starting capital of P499,999 and below (84%) and have a total investment of P499,999 and below (61 %). The month of March was considered as the one with the highest volume of processed green coffee beans, with total volume amounting to 153,888.94 kg. while roasted coffee beans has a consistent volume of processed beans every month with processing decreasing in the months of September to December, from 31,137.88 to 19,262.88 kg. and ground coffee beans also had a consistent volume of processed beans from January to August, and increased by the months of September to December, from 23,900.39 to 28,006 kg. In terms of the production process practiced by the coffee processors, 100 percent of the coffee processors packed their coffee bean products, while majority (69%) practiced grinding of coffee beans. 72 percent of the coffee processors stored their coffee beans in jute bags between one to ten days, while 60 percent of the respondents who placed their coffee beans in sacks also stored their products between 1 to 10 days, as well as 89 percent of the coffee processors who placed their coffee beans in plastics stored their products between 1 to 10 days. All of the coffee processors who placed their coffee beans on foil and re-sealable stored their coffee beans between 1 to 10 days. Under production efficiency and machine optimization, majority (36%) of the equipment used <br/>was grinder machines and 50 percent of the equipment used by the coffee processors were considered as Average performers. The total mean of the 'equipment used by the coffee processors in Cavite got a total of 61.59 percent, which means they were Average performers. In terms of the storage practices of the coffee processors, majority ensured that the storage facility do not be subjected to flooding, practiced the avoidance of putting coffee beans on refrigerators or freezers, ensures the uniformity of the coffee beans before delivering to clients or further processing and subjected their storage room's on inspections.
