Cahibaybayan.<br/>The study was conducted from January 2019 to April 2019 at the Electrical Laboratory,<br/>Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology, College of Engineering and Information<br/>Technology, Cavite State University — Main Campus, Indang, Cavite. The objectives of the<br/>study are the following: 1. design fire detection and alarm system trainer; 2. develop the fire<br/>detection and alarm system trainer; 3. test and evaluate the functionality of fire detection and<br/>alarm system trainer; and 4. Conduct cost computation. Specifically, it aimed to provide the<br/>students hands-on experience on familiarization, assembling and disassembling It was tested<br/>and evaluated at the Department of Industrial Engineering and Technology, College of<br/>Engineering and Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite on January<br/>2019 to April 2019.<br/>The study was conducted to design and develop fire detection and alarm system. It also<br/>provided the students hands-on experience on familiarization, assembling and disassembling<br/>and troubleshooting of the fire alarm and detection system. The design project included the fire<br/>alarm control panel, smoke and heat detectors and terminal block. The fire detection and alarm<br/>system trainer was conducted and evaluated for functionality, aesthetics, workability, durability,<br/>economy and safety by a panel of evaluators_ The total cost of the project was P29,568. 00. |
