Desingario.<br/><br/>This study determined the level of job stressors and its relation to the level of resiliency and level of job satisfaction of the frontline personnel in selected Municipalities and Cities Offices in Cavite. Specifically, this sought to one determine the level of job stressors of the frontline personnel in terms of: role indistinctiveness, role excess, role invasiveness, role divergence, role augmentation, self-diminution, role fortification, and resource shortage; two determine the level of resiliency of the frontline personnel such as : hardiness, optimism , resourcefulness and purpose; three determine the level of job satisfaction of the frontline personals; four find out if there is a significant relationship between the job stressors and the level of resiliency of the frontline personnel’s; five find out if there is a significant relationship between the level of resiliency and level of job satisfaction of the frontline personnel’s; six determine if there is a significant relationship between job stressors and level of job satisfaction of the frontline personnel’s.<br/><br/>This study used a descriptive correlation method to find out if there is a significant relationship between job stressors, resiliency and job satisfaction of the frontline personnel’s. Descriptive statistics such as frequency and percentage was used to determine the level of job stressors of the participants and level of resiliency and level of job satisfaction of the frontline personnel’s. And Spearman Rank test was used in determining the relationship between job stressors, resiliency and job satisfaction of frontline personnel’s.<br/><br/>The study covered one hundred thirty four selected frontline personnel from selected Municipalities and Cities Offices in Cavite. The participants were asked to answer the questionnaire. To know the job stressors, the adopted questionnaire Role stress Scale by Pareek (1993) was used in this study. For resiliency, the adopted questionnaire Resilience Scale by Cannor & Davidson (2003) was used in this study. And for job satisfaction the adopted questionnaire Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS) by Spector (1994) was used in this study.<br/><br/>Results revealed that there is no significant relationship between resilience and job satisfaction of the participants, the results also revealed that there is significant relationship between job stressors and job satisfaction of the frontline personnel.<br/>
