Summary, etc. This study aimed to determine the stress-related factors of the police officers in the 7th District of Cavite in which it affects their performance as a law enforcement officer. As this study comes down along the process, it revealed that police officers in the 7th District of Cavite were male-dominated, middle-aged, most of them were married, Bachelor's degree Holder, and Police Corporal with years in the service of 6-10 years. It was also found out that among all the stress-related factors, promotion issues was the most common factor that affects the performance of police officers. With Administration Unit being the area of police work where stress usually develops. Having no significant relationship between the stress-related factors and demographic profile of police officers in terms of sex, civil status, and highest educational attainment. While there is significant relationship between the stress-related factors and demographic profile of the police officers in terms of age, current rank and position and years in the service. Deprivation of enough time to rest and promotion issues having significant relationship in the Administration Unit being the area to which police officers' stress develops.<br/>Keywords: Stress, Deprivation of enough time to rest, Promotion Issues, Administration<br/>Unit, Police Officers<br/>
