Bachelor of Science in<br/>Industrial Security Management. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. May 2022.<br/>Adviser: Dr. Marissa C. Lontoc. The Learning management systems have several security issues that include<br/>protection against manipulation, authentication, availability, confidentiality and data integrity.<br/>Over time, many features are usually added to the learning management system. Therefore,<br/>efforts should be made to make this sensitive information as much secured as possible.<br/>Hence, this study primarily aims to determine the level of understanding of students on<br/>learning management system in CvSU in terms of security of their identity and school<br/>activities. Also the significant difference between the demographic profile and level of<br/>understanding of selected students on learning management security system. The descriptive<br/>method as the main approach to conduct the study.Most of the users of learning management<br/>systems preferred to change their password before using the system. It helps to lessen the<br/>chance to expose in risk and threats while using the learning management system. Having<br/>the personal email address for authentication, to protect their identity in using the<br/>system.They are prefer to edit or view the material uploaded in the systems so that they can<br/>manage their personal details that may appear in the system. Theinteraction with the<br/>facilitator of the system in order to have a clear understanding of what is the agenda, and they<br/>are using another platform to communicate to the users.
