Bachelor of Science in Development Management major in Training Program Management. Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. August 2022. Adviser: Ms. Sheryl S. Ersando.<br/>The purpose of this study is to determine the level of preparedness of faculty members at Cavite State University-Rosario Campus for online teaching and learning during the academic year 2020—2021.<br/>The descriptive design was used by the researchers to interpret the data collected from the participants. The statistical tools used to measure the data are frequency, mean, standard deviation, and percentage. Furthermore, total enumeration is used to determine sample size as well as the credibility and validity of data. This study requires<br/>74 participants, which is the total population of faculty members at Cavite State University-Rosario Campus. However, only 50 people took part in the actual designation of Google forms via online platforms. As a result, 68 percent of the total population of participants participated.<br/>According to the findings of the study, the majority of faculty members used a course or training for online teaching and learning that was designed to allow them to continue their education despite the pandemic. Despite its flaws and imperfections, the majority of them believed that online teaching and learning for students provided<br/>numerous benefits.<br/> |
