Antonio, RN, MAPsyc.<br/>The study was conducted from March to June 2022 in Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite to study the perceived effect of home quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic together with measures utilized among nursing students of Cavite State University. The study aimed to: (1 ) describe the demographic profile of the respondents in terms of sex, age, religion, year level, number of individuals living at home, family structure, monthly household income, and major type of settlement; (2) identify the respondents perceived effects of home quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic in terms of psychological, social, physical and nutritional, educational, emotional, vocational, spiritual dimensions; (3) describe the measures utilized by the respondents' during home quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic in terms of self-management and self-care methods, support and help from peers, family, and relatives, psychological first aid, telemedicine, spiritual habits, physical activity, digital study groups, peer resource sharing, self-confidence, social comparison orientation, and relaxation techniques; (4) determine the significant difference between the respondents' perceived effects of home quarantine when grouped according to their demographic Profile; and (5) determine the significant difference between the respondents' measures utilized during home quarantine during COVID-19 pandemic when grouped according to demographic profile. The study employed descriptive research.<br/>The total respondents comprised of 162 female nursing students and 85 male nursing students. Many of the respondents are aged 20 to 24 years old, Roman Catholic, are currently in the first-year level, have four to six individuals at home, have nuclear families with P20,001 to P 30,000 monthly household income and lives in an urban settlement. The respondents' psychological health and wellbeing is the most affected dimension of their which manifested through sleep disturbances. It is followed by their nutritional and physical health and emotional health with manifestations such as 'stress-eating' and emotional exhaustion, respectively. The succeeding affected dimensions of health and well being are educational health which was displayed by their expressed difficulty in complying to their school requirements, their social health and wellbeing as expressed through the fear of having a parent lose a job while in quarantine, their financial health and well being due to financial problems, their spiritual health which had positive results showing they still had hope during the pandemic and lastly, their vocational health, with only a slight effect in the students. The health measure that the respondents have utilized is social support and the least utilized is telemedicine.<br/>The result concluded that there was no significant difference in respondents' perceived effects of home quarantine in terms of age, year level, number of individuals living at home, family structure, and major type of settlement. There was a significant difference in terms of sex, religion, and monthly family income. For the measures utilized in terms of sex, number of individuals living at home, monthly family income, and major type of settlement, there was no significant difference. There was a significant difference in terms of age, religion, year level, and family structure.<br/>
