One hundred participants were chosen using quota sampling, 25 students from each section of the BSN program - BSN 3-1, BSN 3-2, BSN 3-3, and BSN 3-4. TO assess the relationship of the variables, the study used different statistical treatments; frequency, percentage distribution, mean, range, median, mode, Chi-Square, Cramer's V, and Sommer’s Delta. Results showed that the highest percentage (53%) of respondents were 22 years old, the majority (82%) were female, have an average (48%) monthly family income of 20, 000 pesos and above, with an average (65%) level of internet connectivity. A total of 73 (73%) respondents participates in online learning, and 27 (27%) respondents participate in blended learning.<br/>The overall mode of 4 shows that the respondents have a positive perception on flexible learning strategies in terms of attention, relevance, confidence, satisfaction, and compliance.
