Based on the findings of the study, the following recommendations were made; For the teachers, they should maintain their desire to participate in the pedagogical process within the students' environment. Administrator of CvSU should determine and understand what motivates an employee and they can be use those motivating factors as a tool to improve the performance of their employee who were the primary tool of education. Since it is found that motivating factors and work performance has a significant relationship, it is recommended that Administrator should seek incentives that could help boost the performance of the teachers as well as their professional growth<br/>
