Dizon<br/>The Development of a Complementary Metal-Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) Flash Programmable Integrated Circuit (PIC) Microcontroller Trainer was conducted at the College of Engineering and Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. The study aimed to develop a PIC microcontroller trainer. The design consisted of nine main parts: the In-Circuit Serial Programmer (ICSP), the PICI 6F84A with pin configuration socket, the PICI 6F877A with pin configuration socket, the PIC center-off switch, the eight LED as the I st module, the Seven Segment Display as the 2nd module, the LCD Display as the 3 rd module, the Stepper Motor as the 4th module, and the DC Power Supply with 12 volts and 5 volts availability.<br/>The In-Circuit Serial Programmer was responsible for the storing of the HEX file into the PIC. PIC16F84A and PICI 6F877A were used as the microcontroller. The sample program was developed using mikroBasic software. The PICkit 2 compiler was responsible for the programming.<br/>Of the program code into the PIC. The four modules such as LED, Seven Segment Display, LCD Display, and Stepper Motor were used in the system. The power supply served as the power source of the four modules.<br/>The final evaluation was conducted at the Electronics Laboratory l . The four modules were tested individually to determine whether the program loaded into the chosen PIC is working properly.<br/>From the results, the CMOS Flash PIC Microcontroller Trainer was able to work properly according to the program loaded into the PIC. The design was evaluated according to the approval of the proponents, adviser, critic, and panelist.<br/>
