Corpuz.<br/><br/>This study was conducted to determine the budgeting behaviors of master’s program students in Cavite State University-Main Campus, De La Salle University- Dasmarinas, and Polytechnic University of the Philippines-Maragondon. It aimed to: (1) determine the profile of master’s program students; (2) identify where master’s program students spend their money in terms of food, clothing and accessories, utilities, rent, recreational expense, and educational expense; (3) determine the budgeting behaviors of master’s program students in terms of spending habits; (4) determine the budgeting behaviors of master’s program students in terms of financial planning; (5) determine the gender differences of master’s program students; (6) describe the relationship between the profile of master’s program students to their budgeting behaviors; and (7) describe the relationship between the monthly expenses of master’s program students to their budgeting behaviors.<br/><br/>One hundred fifty master’s program students were the participants in the study. Data were gathered using survey questionnaires. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical tools such as frequency count, mean, range, and percentage.<br/><br/>The average age of the participants was 31 years old. Most of the participants (76%) were female and 53 percent were single. Sixty-five percent were taking up Master of Art in Education, 56 percent were working in government institutions, and 66 percent<br/>are permanent in their work. Majority of the participants had monthly income ranging<br/>from P10,001 to P20,000. Of the 150 participants, 28 students had other sources of income which ranged from P10,000 and below. On budgeting behavior, master’s program students were undecided in terms of spending habits. In terms of financial planning, the participants had good behavior.<br/><br/>The study confirmed the relationship between the participants’ ages, civil status, and monthly expenses in food and rent to the budgeting behavior of master’s program<br/>students.<br/>
