Victorino. <br/>The study was conducted to determine the income utilization of minimum wage earners in selected towns of lowland Cavite. Specifically, the study aimed to describe the socio-economic characteristics of minimum wage earners in lowland Cavite; determine the income utilization of minimum wage earners in lowland Cavite; determine if minimum wage earners still manage to have savings; and ascertain the relationship of socio-demographic characteristics of minimum wage earners in selected towns of lowland Cavite to their income utilization. The study was conducted in selected towns of lowland Cavite, particularly, General Trias, Imus City, Tanza, Trece Martirez City, and Rosario. The selection of towns was through a simple random sampling. The researcher sought out 30 participants per selected towns for a total of 150 participants. Purposive sampling was used in selecting the participants. Frequency count, mean, and percentage were used to determine the socio-economic characteristics of minimum wage earners, to identify income utilization, and savings of the participants. The distributions of participants in terms of sex was in equal distribution with a mean of 31 years old, most were single, and were high school graduates. Majority of the participants belonged to a family with one to three family members and most of them had no dependent and were doing service works. The average monthly compensation received by the participants was P 8,228 or an average minimum wage of P316.46 rate per day. In terms of the utilization of income by minimum wage earners, the results revealed that food got the highest percentage followed by utilities, education of dependent, household needs, transportation, entertainment and leisure, house rent, personal needs, clothing, vices, health and medical care and last was the payments of debts. <br/>Findings of the study revealed that there was a significant relationship existing between the socio-economic characteristics of minimum wage earners and income utilization in terms of the age, family size, number of dependents and monthly income<br/>
