This study was conducted from November 09, 2015 until January 07, 2016 in District 7 of Cavite. It was conducted to present and describe the demographic profile, the level of masculine gender role stress, parent satisfaction and self-esteem of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite. Specifically the study aimed to determine the level of gender role stress of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite; determine the level of parent satisfaction of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite, determine the level of self-esteem of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite; know if there is significant relationship between gender role stress and parent satisfaction of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite; know if there is significant relationship between gender role stress and self- esteem of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite and know if there is significant relationship between parent satisfaction and self-esteem of househusbands in District 7 of Cavite. Descriptive-Correlational research was used in the study. Purposive Sampling, Snowball technique and Quota Sampling technique were used to determine the target sample of the study. The researchers used Spearman’s Rank Correlation to determine the relationship between the variables. The study came from District 7 of Cavite. A total of eighty one (81) househusbands in District 7 of Cavite acted as participants of the study. The study revealed that majority of the househusbands possess a low level of Masculine Gender Role Stress. On the other hand, most of the participants manifested a high level of Parent Satisfaction. It was also revealed that majority of the househusbands have a high level of Self-esteem despite of their situation. Based on the results of the study, the null hypothesis revealed that there was a significant relationship between masculine gender role stress and self-esteem and between parent satisfaction and self-esteem of househusbands. Meanwhile, there was no significant relationship between masculine gender role stress and parent satisfaction.
