This study was conducted to specifically classify the multiple intelligence of the participants in terms of linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, interpersonal intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalist intelligence, and existentialist intelligence; identify the social acceptance of lesbian, gay and bisexual members in terms of family relations, friends relations and community relations; specify the Gender Dysphoria Propensity of lesbian, gay and bisexual; and determine if there is any significant relationship between multiple intelligences and social acceptance and gender dysphoria propensity. The research instruments used in the study were Multiple Intelligence Quick Scoring Self-Assessment Test, a 90 items questionnaire measuring the multiple intelligence of the participants, Social Acceptance Questionnaire, a 40 items questionnaire measuring the level of acceptance in terms of family, friend and community and Gender Dysphoria Propensity Scale, a 45 items questionnaire measuring the tendency of possessing a Gender Dysphoria. The finding of the study shows that most of the participants got a High Level of Interpersonal Intelligence while the remaining eight intelligences which are linguistic intelligence, logical-mathematical intelligence, musical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, bodily-kinesthetic intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, naturalist intelligence, and existentialist intelligence got an Average Level of Intelligence. It was also found that the level of social acceptance of the participants in terms of family and community relation had an Average Level of social acceptance, it also found that the social acceptance in terms of friend relation had a High Level of social acceptance while the level of tendency of the participants to suffer from gender dysphoria revealed a Moderate Level. The results of the study also showed that only Interpersonal Intelligence has a significant relationship between multiple intelligence and social acceptance in terms of family. Visual-Spatial and Interpersonal Intelligences on the other hand shows a significant relationship between multiple intelligence and social acceptance in terms of friend relation. It also revealed that linguistic intelligence, musical intelligence, visual-spatial intelligence, intrapersonal intelligence, and existentialist intelligence has a significant relationship between multiple intelligences and social acceptance in terms of community relation. Lastly only the friend relation had a significant relationship between social acceptance and gender dysphoria propensity.
