Abstract: AJERO, ROCHELLE AGNES R, DURANTE, RAZELLE LEAH V., and GADIN, KRISECIA MAY L. Socio-Emotional Predictors of Bullying Among Selected Students in Imus National High School: Basis for a Proposed Intervention Program Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Psychology.Cavite State University. April 2016. Thesis Adviser: Mrs. Imelda R. Filart. The research intended to determine the social-emotional predictors presented by young adults who are involved in bullying, as a bully across school levels. Specifically, the main purpose of the researchers is to help the school as well as the parents of the bully to widen their knowledge about the social-emotional predictors that causes bullying as well as to propose an intervention program on bullying that helped the students, teachers and parents to stop or limit the cases of bullying. Descriptive design was used and purposive sampling technique and snowball sampling technique was utilized to select the participants through to the use of a survey. The instruments used were self-made questionnaire. The results revealed that the selected students of Imus National High School have a high level of perception on bullying as shown on the grand mean of the table. Based on the result of the study, the students were mainly aware of the forms, the consequences and the potential risk factors of being a bully victim but still do it anyway because most of the students were doing and practicing it as if bullying is a normal part of being in school. Since social factor has the highest grand mean as shown on the table it will also be considered as the most influencing factor among the three factors that precipitate bullying. As the result shows, the two most predicting factors that affect the social aspect of an individual are their peer pressure and the school's environment where the participants study.
