Abstract: VIDAMO, REGINALD T. Development of Online Mobile Schedule Organizer Using Android Application for CEMDS. Undergraduate Thesis. Bachelor of Science in Information Technology. Cavite State University, Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Ms. Gladys G. Perey. The study entitled "Development of Online Mobile Schedule Organizer Using Android Application for CEMDS" was approved last June 2014 and gathering of the necessary data started right after. The interview and survey was conducted in Cavite State University, College of Economics, Management and Development Studies (CEMDS). The system has limited access only in the students and professor of CEMDS. The system has three (3) modules that will be used for every user who will access the application, the schedule module, organizer module, information module. Through the help of the system, it lessens the burdens of the student in organizing their schedule. Furthermore, the system will be more effective for the students in organizing and viewing of their schedule and for the teacher to lessen their time in posting their announcements or assignments regarding to their handled subject. The proponent used the agile software development methodology as his methodology. This methodology is composed of different phases, and these are the discovery phase, design phase, develop phase, and test phase. The software was developed through the use of different development tools including the following: Adobe Photoshop CS6 for the design and interface, Java Eclipse as a programming language, SQLite for viewing of database and Microsoft office for the documents. The system was evaluated by the respondents based on the given criteria: functionality, reliability, usability, efficiency, and portability. Evaluators were composed of CEMDS students and instructors. The system passed all the given criteria in the evaluation and met all the aimed features and functionality as well as the requirements and its objectives.The main goal of the study was to develop software which will replace the traditional organizing of schedule in the students of College of Economics, Management and Development Studies. It specifically aimed to: develop a software that will meet the requirements of the client and will help the College of Economics, Management and Development Studies in organizing, viewing and posting of their schedule and announcements; design a system that will be user-friendly and reliable in terms of functionality and operable evaluate the system to be developed using unit testing and system testing.
