Abstract: EBIO, JOHN DARVIN O. and RETUTAR, NORLYJOE S. Design of Three-Sorey Reinforced Concrete Columbarium with Crematorium in Indang, Cavite. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Engr. Cene M. Bago. The design project entitled "Three — Storey Reinforced Concrete Columbarium with Crematorium in Indang, Cavite" was conducted from October 2014 to February 2015 at the Department of Civil Engineering, College of Engineering and Information Technology, Cavite State University, Indang Cavite. The study was divided into two parts. The first part was to provide architectural plans of the columbarium with crematorium located in Indang, Cavitc. The second part was to provide for its structural design including layouts for electrical and plumbing system. The study served as a practical application of the author's knowledge and skills in designing structures which they gained during their five-year stay at Cavite State University. Architectural plans were developed using Auto-CADD software and the structural system of the columbarium with crematorium was analyzed using Structural Aided Analysis and Design (STAAD) con-Imputer software. Design loads used in STAAD were based on National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) and Code of Practice for dead and imposed load of 2011, code used in Hong Kong. The design project included architectural plans, structural plan and details, and civil work estimates. The cost estimate of the project consisted of four parts: excavation, concrete works including steel works, masonry works including tile works and carpentry works. The total project cost is P 55,790,209.80.
