Abstract: CANDOL, EARL SIMON M. and RUPIDO, MARIELLE R., Development Plan of Perpetual Cavite Institute, Indang, Cavite. Undergraduate Design Project. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Cavite State University. Indang, Cavite. April 2015. Adviser: Engr. Cene M. Bago. The development plan of Perpetual Cavite Institute was conducted from June 2014 to February 2015 at Cavite State University. The objective of the study was to provide a development plan for Perpetual Cavite Institute. A development plan of Perpetual Cavite Institute was provided with architectural and structural plans for the proposed three-storey school building with evacuation facilities. The study also provided structural analysis and design for the proposed building that is equipped with facility for evacuation area, lay-out for electrical, plumbing and water supply, and a detailed cost estimate of the project. The estimated total project cost of the three-storey school building, excluding plumbing and electrical, was PI 6, 775, 728.50 The proposed school building was a concrete structure consisted of three-storey, with a roof deck. Facilities included in the proposed building are classrooms, faculty room, supplies room, comfort rooms, clinic, library, function hall, and laboratory rooms for science, home economics, computer and industrial arts subject. These facilities addressed the need of the school. The Engineering Software STAAD (Structural Aided Analysis and Design) was used in the analysis of structural framework. The guidelines set by the National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) were followed in the design computation
