This study discusses common traffic road accidents and level of awareness of the drivers on traffic signs in Municipality of Indang; specifically the profile of drivers, common accident encountered by drivers while driving, level of awareness of the public and private in present traffic signs, factors that can lead to traffic accident and if there is significant relationship between the profile and the level of awareness. In identifying common road accidents and level of awareness of the drivers in traffic signs in municipality of Indang one conceptual framework have been used as the base of knowledge in this study. The methodology and procedure for data collection employed in the field was based on descriptive method. The study has revealed that majority of the drivers in Indang area were male with ages of 33-37 years old with the highest educational attainment of high school graduate and has 6-10 years driving experience. We found out that the common traffic accident encountered by the drivers was collision between two vehicles. The study shows that the drivers in Municipality of Indang area were aware in the traffic signs. Tire blowouts and loose of power steering were the factors that can lead to traffic road accidents. And there was no significant relationship between the demographic profile and level of awareness on traffic signs.
